Sunday December 28th saw the latest round of the Arundel Pétanque Club Open Winter Doubles. On a rather grey and chilly day, 32 teams took part from 11 PE regions: Southern Counties, Sussex (East), Kent, London, Chiltern, Central, Heart of England, Great Western, North West and Wales.

Luckily, the rain held off and the competition culminated in a win for Jonathan Castaing & Callum Lombard, with Jane Geddes and Claire Rickman finishing as runners up.

Thank you to all the teams who came to compete, to Kath Knight for running the day so smoothly, and to members of Arundel Pétanque Club for their raffle donations and help before and on the day.
